Restoration Projects- Bigger in Texas!

Next in the takeover, we bring you to Texas, where Resource Environmental Solutions has completed one of the largest Permittee-Responsible Mitigation (PRM) projects in the country.

As part of the North Texas Municipal Lake Project, RES restored more than 17,000 acres of land and water resources to offset the environmental impacts of a new reservoir that will serve 13 cities in the region.

The restoration included over 6,800 acres of wetlands, 70 miles of streams, 3,000 acres of native grasslands, and 2,600 acres of forest, plus the planting of more than five million trees. Now in its long-term monitoring and maintenance phase, the site reflects a commitment to lasting ecological performance.

This project highlights how large-scale nature-based solutions can be integrated into major infrastructure efforts to deliver long-term environmental and community benefits.
