Working with the Texas General Land Office, we are advancing the latest Texas Coastal Resiliency Master Plan, integrating nature-based solutions and engineered defenses to protect 367+ miles of shoreline, critical energy assets, and millions of residents. In Bexar County, our program management of 83 flood control projects has reduced flood risk, safeguarded neighborhoods, and fostered regional collaboration. Across the state, our dam and levee safety initiatives strengthen critical infrastructure to withstand today’s and tomorrow’s extreme weather.
These efforts are a living example of our Sustainable Legacies strategy, embedding climate resilience into every project, improving social outcomes, and delivering infrastructure that lasts. By combining climate adaptation, community engagement, and innovative design tools like ScopeX™, we’re reducing carbon, advancing equity, and building a safer, stronger Texas.
