Your time to shine.

posters
Posters should be no larger than 36″ x 48″ and can be in either portrait or landscape orientation. We will be using 3′ x 4′ foam boards sitting on easels, and there will be pushpins and binder clips available for attachment of your poster to the board.
Please attach your poster to the board with your poster number (noted in the schedule below) between 7:20 and 7:50am in the Coquina room. The Symposium will begin at 8:00am and the poster session will begin at 10:30am. We will be removing the boards and easels immediately after the poster session, so please remove your poster at the end of the session as we transition to lunch.
Students and postdocs are invited to participate in a poster competition. You may opt out of the poster contest in advance or during the poster session if you desire. We are offering two cash prizes of $250 for poster contest winners, one for Technical Content and One for Effective Communication. Check out the judging rubric here.
