Planning your visit

The Hyatt Place St. Augustine / Vilano Beach Hotel is located at 117 Vilano Road, St. Augustine, FL 32084

We highly encourage reserving hotel rooms at our venue, the Hyatt Place St. Augustine / Vilano Beach. Our contracted rates are currently lower than regular rates at neighboring hotels. The group rate is $169 + tax for regular rooms and $189 + tax for rooms with balconies. Free hot breakfast is included, and the hotel is one block from the beach.

The room block officially closed April 21, 2024, but more rooms may still be available after this date if you book independently. You can change or cancel your reservation up to 3 days before the first night with no fees. Block rates are valid through Thursday night, May 23. Regular weekend rates apply starting Friday night, May 24, if you decide to extend your stay.

Nearby options include the Hampton Inn and the Holiday Inn Express. Official regular rates and government rates (as of February 2, subject to change) are the  Hampton Inn & Suites St. Augustine-Vilano Beach next door to the Hyatt ($231 + tax / $148 + tax US govt rate), or the  Holiday Inn Express across the street ($226 + tax / $139 + tax US govt rate).

Coffee breaks and lunches will be provided at the Symposium, but there are no formal dinner plans. We encourage you to make your own plans with friends and colleagues!

getting to st. augustine

There are three airports near St. Augustine: JAX in Jacksonville (1 hour drive), GNV in Gainesville (1.75 hour drive), and MCO in Orlando (2-2.5 hour drive). Check out their resources below for rental car and shuttle information.

The third day of the Symposium (Friday, May 24) will be dedicated to working group meetings, including the N-EWN Advisory Committee. Find the list of meetings at the link below to make your plan!

near the venue

A Publix grocery store and several casual dining spots are located right across the street from the hotel. Pesca offers a sit-down restaurant and the rooftop bar at the Hyatt Place. Hyatt has a few other options listed at the link below.
